What terrific ideas! A vertical shelf is really unique looking and makes the column not look so distracting. The second picture has a Polaroid 360 (or similar) in the center of a bunch of books on a window sill. The last picture is full of Twin-lens reflex cameras. Neat little cameras that usually are only good for decorating and hiding a little something in.
